Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient met the diagnostic criteria for sepsis, and on this basis was accompanied by continuous hypotension. After full fluid resuscitation, vasoactive drugs were still needed to maintain the mean arterial pressure at 65 mmHg or above, and the blood lactate concentration was>2 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency; 3. Patients with methemoglobinopathy or acute cyanide poisoning caused by drugs containing or producing aromatic amines such as nitrite, nitrate, aniline, nitrobenzene in recent 3 days; 4. Patients allergic to methylene blue; 5. Those who quit midway due to changes in their condition and did not complete volume resuscitation; 6. Aged <18 years.
