18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer to participate in the test and sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged from 18 to 85 years; 3. Coronary angiography is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to iodine or iodine contrast medium; 2. End stage renal disease and renal transplantation requiring peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency and valvular heart disease with unstable hemodynamics; 4. Clear bacterial and fungal infections, acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors, etc; 5. Use contrast agent within 2 weeks before admission; 6. Use nephrotoxic drugs during hospitalization.
