Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Histopathological examination confirmed invasive breast cancer and HER2 positive; 3. Tumor staging is early or locally advanced; 4. Accept the regimen containing pyrrolidine as a new adjuvant treatment; 5. If the targeted therapeutic drugs are replaced during the new adjuvant treatment, the targeted drugs required to be replaced 2 cycles before surgery include pyrrolidine; 6. Have traceable medical history data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The informed consent is not signed; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Patients unable to undergo surgical treatment; 4. Patients receiving other TKI anti HER2 therapies during the new adjuvant treatment; 5. Patients participating in other studies; 6. Have received anti-tumor treatment or radiotherapy for any malignant tumor in the past, excluding cured cervical carcinoma in situ, basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma and other malignant tumors; 7. Suffer from serious concomitant diseases or other concomitant diseases that may interfere with the planned treatment, or any other circumstances that the investigator believes the patient is not suitable to participate in this study.
