Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Biological parents of hospitalized children and adolescents, regardless of gender and age; 2. The child has committed non suicidal self injury in the last month and meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 for depressive disorder; 3. Accompany children and adolescents during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The parents have mental and behavioral disorders that meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 2. Currently accepting other psychological or behavioral interventions at the same time; 3. There are other situations that cannot accept the intervention of the course (such as incomprehensible speech, etc.).
