Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No acute or chronic disease; 2. No operation has been performed in the past six months; 3. Exercise regularly more than three times a week; 4. No smoking and drinking habits; 5. Did not take any medicine within one month; 6. No sports contraindication.
