Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure who are newly developed or are receiving anti heart failure drug treatment but have not reached the target value, and need to adjust the drug treatment to the target target or target dose, or those who change to oral drug treatment after stopping the use of intravenous vasoactive drugs after the treatment is stable; 2. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)=150pg/ml (NT pro BNP>=600pg/ml). If you have been hospitalized for heart failure within 12 months, BNP>=100pg/ml (NT pro BNP>=400pg/ml); 4. Agree to join the group and use WeChat and electronic equipment correctly; 5. Aged >=18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical activity disorder and mental disease; 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma; 3. Malignant tumor (life expectancy5.5 mmol/l) existed at randomization; 9. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
