65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 65 years; 2. The duration of back pain is less than 6 weeks, and there is no response to drug treatment; 3. The visual pain scale (VAS) is greater than or equal to 7 points; 4. Bone mineral density T value is less than - 2.5; 5. MRI scan of spine showed bone marrow edema of injured vertebra.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection; 2. Nerve root and/or spinal cord compression syndrome; 3. Patients unable to operate due to mental or organ dysfunction; 4. Patients who lost follow-up.
