18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients diagnosed as SCI according to the diagnostic criteria of SCI in Spine Orthopedics and Traumatology and admitted to hospital for the first time; 3. Patients with bladder dysfunction in SCI; 4. ASIA neural function grading is A, B, C, D; 5. The damage plane is C4-S5; 6. Upper urinary tract function is good; 7. Patients and their main caregivers have network equipment and are able to use it; 8. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe organic diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; 2. Abnormal urethral anatomy, urethral injury and severe urinary tract infection; 3. Severe urinary incontinence, bladder safe capacity < 100ml; 4. Patients with cognitive, psychological and mental disorders; 5. Patients who have participated in self-efficacy projects in the past.
