Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples who have spontaneous abortion before 28 weeks of pregnancy for two or more times; 2. Previous pregnancies were singleton, and intrauterine pregnancy was confirmed by ultrasound; 3. Aged at least 18 years, can sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The previous pregnancy was biochemical pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, ectopic pregnancy, artificial termination of pregnancy, etc.
