18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. After tracheotomy; 3. The primary disease causing critical illness has been clinically improved; 4. Good oxygenation (i.e., when inhalation oxygen concentration (FiO2) 92%, or PaO2/FiO2>=150-200mmHg); 5. Stable hemodynamic status (i.e., heart rate =7-9g/dL, no obvious acid-base balance disorder); 7. Good mental state (i.e., arousal, GCS>=13); 8. The patients and their family members signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy status; 2. Neuromuscular diseases (myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc.); 3. Patients who are not suitable for rehabilitation therapy: unstable nervous system (such as cerebral hemorrhage).
