Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury behavior in the last month; 2. Aged 12-18 years; 3. With or without depressive disorder meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 4. No medication or stable medication for the first episode (no medication adjustment in the last 4 weeks); 5. Informed consent of the patient and the guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or past diagnosis of other DSM-5 mental disorders other than depressive disorders, such as developmental disorders, psychotic disorders. 2. Self-injury motivation accompanied by strong suicidal ideation, requiring hospitalization. 3. There is currently a serious physical disease that has not been effectively controlled. 4. There are other situations that cannot cooperate with completing group therapy or clinical trials (such as difficulty in understanding speech).
