30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lateral paralysis, no shoulder subluxation, partial blindness, lateral neglect and sensory disturbance; 2. Upper limb Brunnstrom stage II-IV, biceps tension was assessed with modified Ashworth scale ( MAS ) as grade 1 or 1 + or 2; 3. First onset, aged 30 – 70 years old, and course of disease within 3 months; 4. Mini-mental state score ( MMSE ) >= 23 points, which can cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney diseases; 2. BMI > 28kg / m^2 ; 3. Patients complicated with other diseases, stroke recurrence or non-cooperation in treatment.
