60 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single-level acute ( 6), no neurological dysfunction; 3. Bone Mineral Density (BMD) T score <=-2.5; 4. The posterior wall of the vertebral body is intact and there is no intraspinal involvement; 5. Willing to undergo PKP surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary complications, difficult to tolerate GA; 2. Abnormal coagulation function or suspected malignant disease, with PKP contraindications; 3. History of allergy to ropivacaine.
