Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >= 18 years in good health who are in the same surgical ward and are scheduled to undergo pulmonary surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 85 years; 2. Currently there are digestive tract diseases such as peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Helicobacter pylori infection, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, functional dyspepsia; 3. Taking PPI within two weeks before surgery for the treatment of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Helicobacter pylori infection, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, functional dyspepsia; 4. Emergency surgery.
