Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-specific neck pain, localized in the neck region, starting from the lower border of the occipital and extending down to the level of the scapular spine; 2. Non-specific low back pain, limited to the area below the costal margin, above the hip crease and between the midaxillary lines on both sides; 3. With or without headache, radiating pain in the upper/lower extremities, or other symptoms of discomfort (stiffness); 4. The subjects are over 18 years old, and the gender is not limited; 5. Able to read, write and understand words, good communication skills; 6. Voluntary participation, willing to sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of spinal tumors or cancer, infection, trauma or surgery; 2. Patients with intervertebral disc herniation who need surgical treatment; 3. Patients suffering from rheumatism or rheumatoid disease, osteoporosis; 4. Patients with neurological (such as multiple sclerosis) diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients.
