Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Incumbent or retired cadres; 2. Have normal language communication and comprehension reading ability; 3. Voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have language communication barriers or comprehension and reading disabilities; 2. Inconvenient to move; 3. Aged >=85 years.
