18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premenopausal women who received HIFU treatment for adenomyosis in our center; 2. Obtain clinical data such as dysmenorrhea and increased menstruation from the clinical case system; 3. The patient's preoperative enhanced MRI images can be viewed from the imaging system; 4. The blood routine and serum CA125 test values of patients within 1-3 days before surgery can be obtained from the testing system; 5. Voluntary follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women under the age of 18, pregnant, breastfeeding or menstruating; 2. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease; 3. Suspected gynecological malignant tumor; 4. History of radiotherapy; 5. Combined liver and kidney disease; 6. Unable to communicate with the doctor during the operation.
