Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 65 years old; 2. Body mass index (BMI) 18 - 32kg/m^2; 3. The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) graded I - II level; 4. Those who agree to participate in this research and have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are evaluated with difficulty in endotracheal intubation; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases; 3. Patients who are allergic to dexmedetomidine, lidocaine, ropivacaine and other drugs used in the surgery; 4. Patients with severe bradycardia (heart rate <50bpm) or abnormal cardiac conduction and rhythm; 5. Patients who have a history of mental illness, language and communication impairment, hearing impairment, and unable to understand the content of the experiment.
