The ventricular aneurysm has a tendency to rupture or has ruptured, or itself is a pseudo-aneurysm formed after the rupture of the myocardial infarction area; 3. Combined with mural thrombosis or systemic embolism; 4. Repeated malignant arrhythmia, which is considered to be caused by abnormal electrical activity lesions formed by endomyocardial fibrosis in ventricular aneurysm; 5. Congestive heart failure; 6. The patients and their families agreed to participate in this study.
