Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The ventricular aneurysm is larger or tends to increase gradually, which seriously affects the systolic function of the heart; 2. The ventricular aneurysm has a tendency to rupture or has ruptured, or itself is a pseudo-aneurysm formed after the rupture of the myocardial infarction area; 3. Combined with mural thrombosis or systemic embolism; 4. Repeated malignant arrhythmia, which is considered to be caused by abnormal electrical activity lesions formed by endomyocardial fibrosis in ventricular aneurysm; 5. Congestive heart failure; 6. The patients and their families agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe left ventricular dysfunction; 2. Pulmonary artery pressure greater than 60mmHg; 3. The risk of anesthesia is too great; 4. Patients or their families refuse to participate in this study.
