Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with opportunistic infection caused by atypical pathogens such as disseminated NTM, Burkholderia, Talaromyces marneffei, Cryptococcus neoformans, Histoplasma capsulatum, and herpes zoster virus. And the suspected diagnosis is adult-onset immunodeficiency; 2. Patients and family members understand the study and volunteer to participate in the trial, and signed an informed consent form by the person or legal guardian; 3. Aged 18 years and over.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's immunodeficiency can be explained by other causes, including congenital immunodeficiency, HIV infection, diabetes with long-term substandard blood sugar, and taking immunosuppressive drugs.
