60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male right-handed patients who were aged 60 years or over and literacy; 2. Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer; 3. Patients who underwent complete androgen blockade after diagnosis; 4. Patients who have good visual and auditory capacities; 5. Patients who were willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who suffered previous cognitive disorders; 2. Patients who suffered nervous system disease which can influence cognition,such as Alzheimer's disease,stroke,Parkinson's disease,intracranial tumor and epilepsy; 3. Patients suffered disease that affect th.eir immune system,such as hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism,and systemic lupus erythematosus; 4. Patients who have impaired visual and auditory capacities; 5. Patients cannot complete the MRI; 6. Patients who had a history of mental illness; 7. Patients who had a history of alcoholism,drug use,long-term using glucocorticoid and taking antipsychotic drugs; 8. Prostate cancer progresses to CRPC stage; 9. People with diabetes.
