65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hip fracture confirmed by X-ray film and ready for elective total hip arthroplasty; 2. Patients with ASA grade I - III; 3. Patients aged 65 to 85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot cooperate with the study or refuse to sign informed consent; 2. BMI greater than 30kg/m^2; 3. Patients who were intolerant to any of the drugs used in the study; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Opioid dependence; 6. Coagulation disorders; 7. Peripheral neuropathy; 8. Preoperative nausea and vomiting; 9. Estimated operation time > 2 hours; 10.Nerve block failure.
