Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who intend to undergo colonoscopy; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old, male or female.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with alarm symptoms and signs of colorectal cancer: bloody stool, black stool, unexplained anemia and weight loss, abdominal mass and positive digital rectal examination; 2. Aronchick score was greater than 3 when colonoscopy was performed (intestinal preparation was too poor); 3. Abnormal bleeding and coagulation function or taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant within 7 days; 4. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease; 5. Patients with history of abdominal surgery or high suspicion or diagnosis of colorectal cancer by imaging and laboratory examination; 6. Contraindications of intestinal preparation or colonoscopy; 7. Hereditary colorectal cancer syndrome (including polyposis); 8. Pregnant or severe organ dysfunction such as heart, lung, liver and kidney, which is not suitable for enteroscopy; 9. Patients with hypercalcemia, kidney stones, and allergies to the active ingredients of polycarbofe calcium tablets or polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.
