Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) was 3-8 in neurocritical patients; 2. Aged 18 years and over (age stratification, limited); 3. Stay in ICU >= 72 h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Died within 3 days after admission to ICU; 2. There was a history of VTE in the past and clinical diagnosis of lower extremity venous thrombosis before admission to ICU or within 24 hours after admission to ICU; 3. Complicated with hematological diseases (leukemia, protein C or protein S deficiency, plasma cell disease, etc.) and malignant diseases; 4. Oral anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs in the last 6 months; 5. Patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation or with unstable vital signs; 6. Patients with lower limbs fracture or absence, lower limbs artery occlusion; 7. Patients who refuse to participate in this study or are participating in other clinical trials.
