Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 mild to moderate CTDs or TS; 2. Serum 25(OH)D < 30ng/ml; 3. Aged between 6 and 13; 4. The guardian agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neuropsychiatric disorders (such as autism spectrum disorder, mental disorders, tuberous sclerosis, epilepsy, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder), rheumatic fever; 2. Receive any medications associated with tic disorders and comorbidities, especially antipsychotics, SSRIs, or psychostimulants; 3. Elevated blood calcium; 4. The patient or the patient's guardian refuses to evaluate or discontinue treatment.
