50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as AD; 2. Score <= 25 on the Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE); 3. Score a third-degree or higher on the Water Swallowing Test, demonstrating a risk of aspiration; 4. Have basic communication ability to complete the tests in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Swallowing disorders caused by other organic diseases, such as oral disease, esophageal obstruction, digestive tract disease, tumors, or stroke; 2. Complications such as other serious somatic diseases that are not suitable for practicing swallowing exercises; 3. Serious impairment in hearing or vision, which may hinder following instructions.
