Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over, male or female; 2. Received cardiothoracic surgery in our hospital; 3. Preoperative chest CT, lung function examination and blood examination were performed, and relevant data were complete; 4. The patient fully understands the program and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of abnormal iron metabolism, such as leukemia, hereditary hemochromatosis, etc; 2. Patients with severe mental or cognitive impairment who are unable to comply with the examination required by the study; 3. Patients with limb hemiplegia or motor nerve injury caused by any reason; 4. Participating in other interventional clinical trials; 5. Incomplete medical records.
