Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients aged over 18; 2.Immunohistochemistry (IHC) method examination showed: HER2 (3+), or HER2 (2+) with additional positive result for fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) examination (It was reviewed and confirmed by the researchers in the experimental center); 3.ECOG score 0-1; 4.Patients with early or locally advanced breast cancer who are planning to receive neoadjuvant therapy; 5.There was no evidence of local / regional recurrence or metastasis; 6.There are traceable medical records during treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not sign informed consent; 2.Pregnant and lactating female patients; 3.Any other circumstances in which the investigator believes that the patient is not suitable to participate in the study.
