Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for inclusion in the "end of dose phenomenon" study group: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in the British brain bank, the diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease is Hoehn Yahr stage 2 - 4; 2. The survey of "end of agent phenomenon" 9 questionnaires (woq-9) was positive. Criteria for inclusion in the "switching phenomenon" study group: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in the British brain bank, the diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease is Hoehn Yahr stage 2 - 4; 2. There are clinical manifestations in open and closed stages.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia; 2. Serious mental illness; 3. Epilepsy; 4. Patients with bleeding tendency; 5. Severe heart disease; 6. Patients with severe hypertension and severe heart, liver, lung and kidney failure; 7. Serious alcohol abusers; 8. Those with metal implants in the brain, such as vascular stents, coil brain pacemakers, cardiac metal membranes, cardiac pacemakers and cochlear implants.
