Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent breast biopsy in the Breast Surgery Department of Beijing Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects; 2. Aged 18 to 79 years; 3. Breast biopsy surgery is required; 4. The vital signs were stable without serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other comorbidities; 5. Able to understand the content of the questionnaire; 6. No serious visual and auditory impairment (good acceptance of the definition and volume of the video in the VR system); 7. Had not received psychological counseling or treatment before medical treatment; 8. Sign informed consent and cooperate with clinical investigators voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is active infection or open wound on the face or eyes; 2. People with skin allergy or vertigo in contact with headphone and VR glasses; 3. Patients whose biopsy results were malignant and who continued to receive mastectomy under general anesthesia; 4. Have a history of mental illness, such as dementia, insanity, seizures, etc.
