Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age= 28 days; 2. Improved GCS score <= 14; 3. VEEG, NIRS and TCD monitoring should be completed within 48 hours after admission, and the difference of monitoring time should be less than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Frontal and temporal skin lesions; 2.Open craniocerebral injury or cranial dressing after cranial surgery cannot place electrode; 3.The monitoring time is too short because the patient dies within 24 hours after admission due to serious illness or the family member asks to be discharged from hospital; 4.Children with previous mental diseases and brain dysfunction.
