Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing kidney transplantation under general anesthesia; 2. Normal communication; 3. Signed informed consent; 4. Aged 18 to 65 years; 5. Regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of local anesthetic drug allergy; 2. Contraindications for epidural catheter placement: abnormal coagulation parameters, Infection at the puncture site, myelopathy; 3. Refusal to epidural puncture; 4. Hypertension without drug control intervention; 5. Severe lung disease, preoperative PaO2 < 60mmHg; 6. Severe liver disease (cirrhosis); 7. Severe cerebrovascular disease; 8. Participation in another clinical study within the past 30 days
