Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People with atherosclerosis or healthy people; 2. The patients and their families were informed and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from infectious or systemic inflammatory diseases; 2. Chronic diseases such as heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction = 20 x 10^9/L); 4. Patients with abnormal thyroid function; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (transaminase>2 times the upper limit of normal, creatinine>2.0mg/dL); 6. Patients with malignant tumors; 7. Those who have taken vitamin D and related products orally within 3 months.
