Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the hip joint and femoral head necrosis with indications for unilateral initial THA; 2. Patients aged between 20 and 70 years; 3. Patients with Pinnacle biologically fixed cups on both sides of the cup, with a ceramic-to-ceramic friction interface.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had bilateral hip replacement during one hospitalization; 2.Patients with severe lumbar spine, rheumatoid, or ankylosing spondylitis affecting the function of the body; 3.Patients who refused to participate or refused to accept follow-up; 4.Patients with a history of bilateral hip replacement; 5.Incomplete patient data; 6.Follow-up less than 12 months; 7.Missing imaging follow-up data; 8.Patients operated by other operators; 9.Patients with incomplete data; 10.Patients with emergency surgery; 11.Patients who had bilateral hip replacement during one hospitalization.
