Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or older, ASA I-III; 2. Sign informed consent and be willing to accept visitors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious preoperative abnormalities of heart, lung, liver, kidney and brain functions; 2. Patients with mental disorders or coma or cerebral infarction with obvious sequelae and patients who cannot cooperate; 3. COPD before surgery or pulmonary infection within one month.
