Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; 3. Conforms to the clinical indications of emergency PCI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious infection or chronic inflammatory disease; 2. Tumors or autoimmune diseases; 3. Rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy; Valvular heart disease; Pulmonary heart disease, Chronic cardiac insufficiency; 4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Prior myocardial infarction or prior coronary revascularization; 6. Patients with blood diseases; 7. Pregnant women.
