Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. No physical disability, genetic disease, mental system disease or major disease; 3. Positive for helicobacter pylori infection by C13 breath test; 4. Suitable for quadruple treatment; 5. Able to read and understand Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not live locally; 2. Patients suffering from serious cardiovascular diseases, serious gastrointestinal diseases, serious liver and kidney diseases or endocrine diseases (such as colon cancer, severe enteritis, intestinal obstruction, combined with cardiovascular, liver and kidney hematopoietic diseases); 3. Those who have received surgical operations within the last six months; 4. Probiotics or prebiotics, antibiotics, bismuth preparation and laxatives were used in the past one month; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. People with lactose or fructose allergy; 7. Congenital lactose absorption disorder, congenital lactose enzyme deficiency crowd.
