Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. X-ray confirmed patients with unilateral femoral neck fracture or intertrochanteric fracture; 2. Male and female patients aged at least 65 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30 kilogram per square meter; 4. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have had a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery; 2. Serious injuries combined with other important organs; 3. There is a history of acute inflammation of the respiratory tract within 2 weeks and without cure; 4. Those with neuromuscular diseases and mental illnesses; 5. Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; 6. Those who are known to be allergic to local anesthetics and opioids; 7. Those who do not cooperate and cannot communicate.
