Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Suspected tumor patients who are going to undergo prostate biopsy: 4 ng/ml = 3 points).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking Proscar or other drugs that may affect PSA levels; 2. Patients who have previously received biopsy or other treatments for the prostate (TURP, radiotherapy, cryotherapy, endocrine therapy, etc.); 3. There are contraindications for prostate biopsy (serious infection, coagulation dysfunction, acute prostatitis, recent rectal surgery, etc.); 4. Patients are unwilling to sign the informed consent.
