Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke written by cerebrovascular Group of Chinese Society of Neurology, 2014 edition; 2. Cerebrovascular accident confirmed by head CT or MRI; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 4. The course of disease ranged from 1 week to 12 months; 5. Hemiplegic upper limb and hand Brunnstrom II to V; 6. Sitting balance >= grade I; 7. Good visual, auditory and cognitive function (MMSE >= 16); 8. Patients are willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor state of consciousness, can not cooperate; 2. Suffering from serious heart and lung diseases or unhealed fractures and other diseases not suitable for motor training; 3. Those with severe anxiety or depression cannot complete the test.
