Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I: inclusion criteria: Patients younger than 25 years old who were diagnosed as cervical HSIL by cervical biopsy and histopathology. Part II and part III: inclusion criteria: Patients younger than 25 years old with colposcopy images of type I and type II transformation areas and cervical biopsy pathological diagnosis of cervical HSIL.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I: exclusion criteria: 1. Previous cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical surgery; 2. Patients with dementia, aphasia, deafness and disturbance of consciousness affecting expression; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Severe internal and external diseases, dysfunction of important organs and other malignant tumors were not completely relieved. Part II and part III: exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with vulvar and vaginal HSIL; 2. Previous cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical surgery; 3. Patients with dementia, aphasia, deafness and disturbance of consciousness affecting expression; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Severe internal and external diseases, dysfunction of important organs and other malignant tumors were not completely relieved.
