20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 40 years; 2. Diagnosed as URIF; 3. The chromosomes of spouse are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with luteal insufficiency, abnormal thyroid function, diabetes, prolactinoma and autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with bilateral hydrosalpinx visible under ultrasound without ligation; 4. Patients with genital tract malformations and chronic endometritis; 5. Patients with endometriosis, uterine fibroids, intrauterine adhesions (including previous intrauterine adhesion separation) 6. Patients with prethrombotic state; 7. Patients weith endometrial scraping and intrauterine perfusion in the embryo transfer cycle; 8. Patients with bad habits such as smoking, alcohol abuse, excessive coffee drinking, drug abuse, etc. 9. Unfavorable environmental factors, such as excessive exposure to harmful chemical substances, excessive exposure to radiation, etc. 10.Severe immediate allergy to the drug prednisone.
