18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With at least 1 mobile teeth (with a relatively radiographic bone loss of <= 2/3) and less than 2 incisors loss in the mandibular anterior region, having sufficient abutment teeth with enough healthy enamel to splint the mobile teeth; 2. Patients need to finish active periodontal therapy, and other necessary dental treatments before splinting; 3. Patients aged between 18 and 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active chronic periodontitis; 2. Severe dental crowding or severe tooth inclination in the mandibular anterior dentition; 3. Having poor oral hygiene habits, abnormal lip habits and high risk of dental caries; 4. Unwilling or unable to return for follow-up or refusing radiological examination; 5. Oral parafunctions, or existing organic lesions in the temporomandibular joint, or limitation of mouth opening; 6. History of mental illness, or existing severe hematological, infectious, or cardiovascular disease; 7. Pregnancy.
