Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All students in two natural classes of grade one in a middle school in Shenzhen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current and past mental disorders that meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, or non suicidal self injurious behavior.
