Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for DOC: (1) According to the Diagnostic criteria of the European Society of Neurology, patients with disorder of consciousness caused by various craniocerebral injury for more than 28 days, such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, etc.; (2) Aged 18 to 80 years, no gender limitation; (3) Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score 0.6µV & 0.6µV &< 3µV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for DOC: (1) People with hearing impairment; (2) Patients with continuous aggravation and uncontrolled active intracerebral hemorrhage; (3) Those with a history of epilepsy; (4) Engaged in a music-related occupation before illness, or have long received professional music training. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) People with hearing impairment; (2) Used psychotropic drugs; (3) Pregnant women; (4) Those who are engaged in music-related occupations and have received professional music training for a long time.
