Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The cohort is composed of three sub-cohorts including sub-cohort of healthy controls (HC), individuals with lung nodules (LN) and individuals with lung cancer (LC), which are not independent but differed by their radiological features. 1. HC sub-cohort: (1) Permanent community residents or individuals undergoing health examinations who are aged 18 years old and above; (2) Wiling to have low-dose CT scanned; (3) Fully understand and consent to the study, sign the informed consent. 2. LN sub-cohort: (1) Patients from inpatient, outpatient departments and the HC sub-cohort; (2) Pulmonary nodules found with their diameters >= 4mm on CT or LDCT scans; (3) Fully consent would be included in the LN sub-cohort. 3. LC sub-cohort: (2) Those who are confirmed pathologically as lung cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals do not consent to the follow-up and collection of their clinical records including radiological data, pathological data, blood test results, et al.; 2.Individuals have disabilities in understanding or signing the consent.
