Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and over; 2. Elective hip surgery; 3. ASA physical statusI-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to consent to the study; 2.Allergy to any of the drugs used in the study; 3.Contraindication to regional anesthesia; 4.Cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5.Atrioventricular block, intra-ventricular or sinoatrial block and HR < 50 bpm; 6.Uncontrolled hypertension; 7.Contraindication to the use of a2A-agonist and esketamine; 8.Preoperative oxygen saturation below 95%; 9.Mental Disorder, major depression, schizophrenia or dementia; 10.Severe visual or auditory disorder.
