Experimental group:Multiple drugs were injected locally into the lumbar muscle during the operation, and patient-controlled analgesia with an analgesic pump was performed after operation
Control group:Local injection of the same amount of normal saline during the operation and patient-controlled analgesia with analgesia pump after operation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Spine degenerative diseases patients with surgical indications (including spondylolisthesis, spine instability, lumbar spinal stenosis, etc.); 2. Single segmental fusion of spine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spine surgery; 2. History of opioids to control pain; 3. People who need multi-segmental fusion surgery; 4. People who are allergic or intolerant to the interventional drugs we use; 5. People with severe liver, kidney and cardiovascular disease; 6. People who refuse to participate.
