Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The medical history is more than 6 months and the conservative treatment is ineffective, and the preoperative VAS score >= 5 points; 2. Preoperative CT and MRI show that cervical disc herniation is biased towards the affected side of compression of nerves and consistent with the patient's clinical symptoms and signs; 3. Soft disc herniation, no bone spinal stenosis, no posterior longitudinal ligament disc calcification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multi-segment lesions; 2. X-ray and CT show that the vertebral body is slipping and cervical instability, and the posterior edge of the vertebral body is seriously formed; 3. Herniation of intervertebral disc calcification, ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament or flavon ligament, spinal stenosis (non-intervertebral discogenic); 4. Those who have infection, abnormal coagulation function, etc., or cannot cooperate with the operation.
