Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years, male or female; 2. Liver transplant patients; 3. Patients with high risk factors of fungal infection; 4. Use posaconazole enteric-coated tablets for prevention invasive fungal disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients is allergic to posaconazole; 2. Patients who use of drugs that can significantly change the pharmacokinetic characteristics of posaconazole, such as phenytoin, rifampin, and liver drug enzyme inducers; 3. Patients who cannot take oral medication, such as patients who use ECMO and other medical devices, coma, and shock.
